Introduction

Postby BOSSMAN on Tue Jun 16, 2009 7:17 am

I'm now a sponsor on this forum and wanted to introduce my business and capabilities to others that may need Cylinder Head work done. My business is located in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska and have been doing so for over seven years now. I have some nice equipment to do performance work, Serdi multi-angle custom valve jobs with a Peterson TCM-25 Seat & Guide machine, Saenz S-600 flowbench with flow fixtures for SBC, BBC, LS1, BBBuick, Harley, not to mention my custom portwork. No job is too small and have worked on some oddball projects like Harley Twin Cam heads or Buick 455 Iron heads with great success! Here is a link to some of the projects I have worked on over the years. Some pictures are finished projects but most are of the process from beginning to end.

I'm always updating this with current projects. I'd be happy to answer any questions if anybody has any. I also sponsor down at MAM (3 years now) so you may here some of my P.A. announcements when you are down there. :thumb:

Here are a few pics of some of my equipment.

Peterson TCMV-25 Seat & Guide machine with an air float table. Serdi style tooling for Profile Carbide cutters to do Custom Valve Jobs. All my tooling is brand new after updating everything.

Saenz S-600 Flowbench has 9 motors with the capacity to move 600 cfm of air, enough to do a current Pro Stock Head. Flow fixtures for SBC, BBC, Buick, Harley, LS1, LT1, and currently making fixtures do flow Carbs 4500 & 4150.

Sunnen Diamond Hone Cabinet to hone bronze or iron guides. This is a better setup then using stones.
